Did you know that women’s products cost 7% more than men’s products? I didn’t either. A pharmacy in NYC is making a big deal about it and charging their customers, who are Men, a 7% male tax to make a statement about gender discrimination.
Do you think this is fair? As a male, I don’t require a lot of products. Hair gel, toothpaste, soap, the bare essentials. I agree that it isn’t fair that one gender is charged more but come on it’s not our fault. Why make us pay more now? Of course this goes against NYC pricing laws but this pharmacy is taking a stand for equality even if it means paying the difference out of pocket.
