When you get tired of your job, I think the only way to make it challenging again, is to progress. Learn a new skill, help out more around the office, give feedback, these are just a few things that can help you not only get paid more but you will love your job again.

Working in a variety of jobs helped me learn a lot about staying passionate. From insurance agent to cashier at Wal-Mart, the only thing that motivated me to stay at a that job was learning something new. I let management know that I was available and eager to take on any task that they were willing to teach me. Advance wherever you are at, don’t get stuck.
