21, in college, but no job

We had a listener reach out to us and tell us she needs a little advice. She has a son that is over 21-years-old living at home. He is a full time student in college but does not have a job. She is being pressured by her mother-in-law to make him get a job but she is not sure she wants him working and not focusing on school. The mother-in-law claims he is too old to be living off his parents and needs to be chipping in more. What would you do in this situation? Would you make him get a job or let him focus fully on school.
