As kids when our parents are dating someone we don\’t necessarily get along with, we can voice how we feel, but ultimately the parent will disregard the child thinking they are just upset to have someone new in their lives. Or sometimes the parent actually steps back and takes a look at the person they are with and maybe leaves them because their child is unhappy. As an adult in the same situation, your parent dating someone you do not like, can you voice your opinion? Should you at that point, or should you let your parent live their life consider you are no longer under their care?
